Position Overview: As a Part-Time/Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

  2. Conceptualize and create high-quality graphic designs for various platforms, including digital and print media.

  3. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.

  4. Produce engaging and effective visual content, such as social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials.

  5. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.

  6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the creative process.

  7. Provide timely and constructive feedback on design concepts and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

 

  1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of diverse design projects.

  2. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  3. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.

  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.

  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Experience with branding and maintaining a consistent visual identity is a plus.

  8. Availability for part-time or freelance work as needed.

This position offers the selected individual the opportunity to gain real experience through hands-on work in artist management. We are seeking a candidate with excellent verbal and written communications skills, high attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude interested in working in the music and sports industry. Intern must work effectively under pressure and as part of a team and have interest in building brands for regional and national clients .

Responsibilities include:

• Help organize and upkeep various docs pertaining to artist touring, marketing, social media, yearly calendar, and other elements of the artist’s career

Help manage artists’ touring and travel plans

• Provide insight and help research current industry topics as they relate to current client needs

Requirements:

We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company/clients. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. 

As a Social media intern, you will have an opportunity to use existing client and agency developed content as well as develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
